Generally
In order to order, you as a customer must be of legal age (18 years+), or have a legal guardian's consent.

Price

On the website we show the prices for each product including 25% VAT, and also the price excluding VAT.
Shipping, by weight, is added with its actual cost.
No other taxes or fees apply, unless specifically stated.

Customers outside Sweden do not pay the Swedish VAT ("Moms").

Payment

Payment is easy and secure with Payson. You do not need to have an account with Payson before in order to pay. Complete the purchase directly with VISA, MasterCard and the Swedish banks Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Länsförsäkringar, Skandiabanken and Sparbanken Syd.
You can also choose to pay afterwards on invoice or to pay over 3-24 months. Payson has high security requirements and for all card payments 3D-secure technology is used.

Return policy

Should you, for any reason, not be satisfied with your order, you as the Consumer (private person), according to the Consumer Protection Act on Distance Contracts (Internet purchases), have the right to withdraw a purchase.

In such a case, within 14 days from when you received the goods, send us a message about the matter. Await our reply with return authorization.

Right of withdrawal applies only if the goods are in unchanged (new) condition, and do not apply to goods that have been specially ordered on behalf of the customer.

Use the original packaging for the return, if it is in condition for it. If not - use your own. Damage(s) due to insufficient packed merchandise will not be refunded.

 As soon as we have received, examined and approved the goods, the entire amount for the product, including initial freight, will be refunded.

The return shipping is  paid by the customer.

The right of withdrawal is not applicable to companies.


Damage in transport

Check the delivery and outer packing immediately at arrival, for damages, and the goods itself. In case of damaged goods:

Within 8 days - report the damage directly to forwarding company. 
The forwarder is responsible for the shipping of your purchase and is therefore responsible for any damage that happens during transport. They are obliged to repair, replace or refund your product.


If something goes wrong...

We apply the EU directive for rules on consumer protection when shopping online.

If the product you receive is not the one you ordered, is wrongly manufactured or similar - Please notify us immediately, at least within 14 calendar days, and describe in detail the error. Await our reply and authorisation to return.

Please do not return the product before our agreeing to it. For goods that have been returned incorrectly, no compensation will be payable.

When we receive the goods, we undertake to repair or replace, free of charge, freight prepaid, the product to a correct one, or offer an alternative (depending on availability).
For alternative products, the price difference is regulated.

Indrajoy cannot be held responsible for any fault caused by neglect, abnormal use, handling error, normal wear and tear, accident or the like. However, we promise to look positive on every complaint and be helpful as far as possible.

In the event of a dispute, we follow EU directives advice.
